Development path: how aroma diffuser wholesaler becomes a group.

At that time, in 2013, SOMNR was an aroma diffuser wholesaler only. We are only responsible for the wholesale of essential oil diffusers. We export diffusers to the USA, UK, France, Australia, Korea, Japan, etc. With customers’ requirements for essential oil diffusers becoming more and more strict, we have found that many wholesale aroma diffuser suppliers can no longer meet our quality requirements.

2 years later, we invested in our own aroma diffuser factory in Dongguan. We set up our own PCB production workshop and injection molding workshop. This allows us to respond more quickly to new ideas from our customers. We can offer more customized orders for aroma diffusers to our customers.

With the improvement of quality and service, more and more customers have established a long-term cooperation model with us. They not only placed wholesale orders for aroma diffusers with us, but also try to get samples of other products from us, such as air purifiers, dehumidifiers, electronic cigarettes, and many other electronic equipment products.

Finally, in 2018, we started a business other than aroma diffuser production. We supply crushed tobacco products to Walmart, as well as car cleaning equipment, etc. In the same year, we also exported e-cigarettes to Italy. Thanks to the trust of our customers, we visited many factories and acquired a lot of expertise and safety knowledge about electronic cigarettes. In 2021, thanks to the continued trust of our customers, we invested in a factory for e-cigarettes.

As a supply chain for products of several categories, we are very careful about the quality requirements of our products. We not only inspect the finished product internally but also inspect the supplier’s supply chain externally.

We regularly inspect the higher-level supply chain and always pay attention to the quality status of the supply chain and the status of the personnel, which is very helpful for the high-quality products in our production department.
